How does it work?
1. Select gift card value that feels right for you or your recipient.
2. If gifting to someone special, select Recipient's email box and enter the recipient’s name, email address, and a personal message.
If you would like the gift card sent to yourself, simply click on My email box.
3. Add the gift card to your cart and complete your purchase.
4. Once your order is confirmed, the gift card will be delivered via email — either to you or directly to your recipient.
5. To redeem, select your color experience and enter the gift card code in the payment section at checkout. The value will be applied automatically to the order.
6. If the value is less than the color experience selected, the remaining balance can be paid at checkout using any preferred payment method.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
Yes. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend booking your experience in advance to secure your preferred date.
What is your refund policy?
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
Please note that lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
