These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Styled in Color ("we," "us," or "our") and the purchase of any Services offered through it. By accessing our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Website" means styledincolor.ch and any associated pages. "Services" means all Color Analysis Sessions, Styling Services, and Digital Downloads offered by Styled in Color. "You" / "Customer" means the individual accessing the Website or purchasing Services. "Booking" means a confirmed order for any Service requiring an appointment. "Digital Downloads" means any digital files, guides, or color analysis materials purchased through the Website.

4. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE
4.1 By placing an order or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
4.2 By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Legal Notice.
4.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website or purchase our Services.
5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
5.1 Our Website explains how to place an order for Color Analysis Sessions, Styling Services, and Digital Downloads.
5.2 For any Services requiring an appointment, there will generally be a lead time between the time of booking and the appointment itself. We are unable to guarantee a specific appointment time before confirmation.
5.3 At the time of placing an order, you must provide authority for payment. We may take payment at any time between you placing the order and us accepting it. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct.
5.4 Once payment has been received and your order confirmed, you will have entered a binding agreement with Styled in Color to purchase the relevant Services. A confirmation email will be sent containing all relevant booking information.
5.5 If we are unable to supply you with the Services ordered, we will notify you by email and will not process your order. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued without undue delay.
5.6 Please ensure you select the option to receive email communications at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in you not receiving confirmation emails required to progress with your Service. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at contact@styledincolor.ch.
6. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
6.1 Results for services you have purchased will be delivered to you by email within the timeframe specified on the relevant product or service page, subject to you submitting all required information in full.
6.2 Styled in Color shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver services on time, or at all, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, where such failure results from an event beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to war, civil unrest, labour disputes, natural disasters, or endemic or pandemic events such as COVID-19.
6.3 In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your service as soon as the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
7. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
7.1 If you wish to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@styledincolor.ch. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
7.2 If we need to make a minor change to your booking, we will notify you in advance. If we need to make a substantial change, you will be given the option to cancel and receive a full refund for any Services not yet received.

8. REVISIONS
8.1 Your color analysis is a bespoke service prepared with meticulous care and professional expertise. We recommend reviewing your results thoroughly before reaching out with inquiries.
8.2 Services are final upon delivery, and no revisions are included.
8.3 Should you require further clarification or a deeper discussion of your results, personal follow-up consultations may be arranged. Please contact us directly for availability and scheduling.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All color analysis results, styling guides, digital downloads, and associated materials delivered by Styled in Color remain the intellectual property of Styled in Color and are licensed for your personal use only.
9.2 You may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any delivered materials without the prior written consent of Styled in Color.
9.3 All content on this Website — including imagery, text, branding, and design — is protected under applicable Swiss and international copyright law.
10. CLIENT PHOTO SUBMISSION
10.1 By submitting photos as part of your online color analysis service, you confirm that you have the right to share those images and grant Styled in Color permission to use them solely for the purpose of completing your service.
10.2 Your photos will not be shared publicly or used for any marketing purpose without your explicit written consent.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Styled in Color reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
