Refund policy

1. OUR COMMITMENT

At Styled in Color, every service is crafted with care and intention. We kindly ask that you read this policy in full before making a purchase, as different terms apply depending on the nature of the service or product selected.


2. IN-PERSON COLOR ANALYSIS SESSIONS

2.1 All in-person session bookings are final and non-refundable once reserved.

2.2 We understand that circumstances change. Your appointment may be rescheduled up to two times within 60 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

2.3 If the appointment is rescheduled more than twice, or has not been attended within the 60-day period, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

2.4 Should you be unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment to other clients.

2.5 If you fail to attend a session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service(s).

3. ONLINE COLOR ANALYSIS SERVICES

3.1 Refunds are available only prior to the commencement of your service — that is, before your questionnaire or photos have been submitted.

3.2 Any payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.3 Once your results have been completed and delivered, refunds are no longer available.

3.4 To ensure the highest quality of analysis, we ask that you submit clear, high-quality photos and complete your questionnaire with care and attention. Should the information provided be insufficient, we may request additional materials before your service can be completed.

3.5 In the unlikely event that Styled in Color is unable to deliver your booked service, you will be notified promptly by email and a full refund will be issued without undue delay.

4. DIGITAL GUIDES & DOWNLOADS

4.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

4.2 Should you experience any technical difficulty accessing your purchase, please reach out to us at contact@styledincolor.ch and we will resolve the matter promptly.


5. GIFT CARDS

5.1 Gift cards are available for purchase on our Website and may be redeemed against any service offered by Styled in Color.

5.2 All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.

5.3 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5.4 If the value of the gift card does not cover the full cost of the selected service, the recipient will be required to pay the outstanding balance at the time of booking.

5.5 Styled in Color is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat your gift card as you would cash.

5.6 Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or discounts unless otherwise stated.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Online Color Analysis Services

6.1 Should you wish to cancel your online service, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of your booking confirmation so we can offer the appointment to other clients. A full refund will be issued less any applicable booking or processing fees. 

6.2 Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of booking confirmation will not be eligible for a refund, except where required under applicable Swiss consumer protection law.

In-Person Color Analysis Sessions

6.3 In-person sessions cannot be cancelled for a refund. Should you be unable to attend, your appointment may be rescheduled up to two times within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to availability, as outlined in Section 2.
